At Rima dishes, we take food quality and safety seriously. If you receive a dish that is spoiled or of poor quality, we want to make it right.

 

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

1. You’ve received a dish that is spoiled, contaminated, or of poor quality.
2. notify our staff immediately after receiving the dish.
3. You provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

 

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please:

1. Notify our staff immediately after receiving the dish.
2. Provide your receipt number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the spoiled food (if applicable).
3. Allow us to replace the dish or provide a refund, at your discretion.

 

Refund Timeline

We’ll process your refund within (24-48 hours] after verifying the issue.

Refund Options

You may choose from the following refund options:

1. Full refund of the purchase price
2. Replacement of the spoiled dish
3. Store credit for a future purchase

 

Exceptions

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for:

1. Dishes that are spoiled due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
2. Dishes that are consumed partially or fully before the issue is reported.
please note that all dishes are made with client’s specifications and preferences in a safe clean environment with all food Safety measures in place
